Thomas has worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation sector since 2010. He has been part of the Construct Health team in the Bowen Basin since late 2018 with a high exposure to injury management and prevention of work-related injuries in the mining sector and general occupational health field. His interest as a clinician lies particularly within helping persistent pain patients improve their function and quality of life.
Thomas moved into his current management role at the start of 2022, where he has been overseeing the operations of Construct Health across the Bowen Basin, including four clinic hub locations, on-site physiotherapy services and a team of injury management advisors.
Thomas enjoys physical challenges, having completed ultramarathons, an Ironman 70.3 triathlon, obstacle races and countless smaller endurance events. On the weekends you will find him spending time outdoors with his wife and two young kids.
